This too shall pass

It’s the end of 2015 (there will never be another 2015) and the beginning of 2016.

Who is the “New You” for next year?

I find that the thing I have come to love the most about life is change. It is inevitable. Good things don’t last, but neither do bad things. For those of us struggling with difficult things, remember, these too shall pass. They always do. For those of us in the middle of magical moments, cherish them, try to enjoy every second because, these too shall pass.

So what is the point of it all if this too shall pass? Evolution. We live to evolve, grow, and slowly become a new self.

So ask yourself, “Have I grown this year? Has my pain brought me to a higher place, or a higher understanding? Have I truly appreciated the gifts and joys of the year?”.

What are the 3 things you accomplished this year? (BIG or small)

What were the lessons of 2015?

What do you have to mourn and let go of?

What are the 3 things you want to achieve next year (2016), in any part of your life?

What learnings will you carry with you from this year into next year?

This year, my theme was “Completion”. I completed a lot of things, and then hurt my back with the stress. So, I have a lesson of balance and boundaries to carry into next year.

My theme for 2016 is “Manifest”. I plan to bring into reality, in a concrete way, the things I was working on completing this year. But in 2016, I start with my health. My first action in the new year will be to get a complete physical check up and to pay attention and give love to my back. I realize that without my health and vitality, there is nothing else.

What is your theme for the year? What is your plan? I would love to hear from you. Send me a note at info@theadelantemovement.com.

BTW – we have lots of surprises and announcements for you in 2016.

For those of you who attended our webinars and our live workshops, we are sending you the Powerpoints for our top 3 presentations so you can start the year remembering what you learned and taking the information forward into 2016.
